But just because I couldn't find people saying they were having audio issues doesn't mean that they don't exist. I just bought the Roxio Easy VHS to DVD product this morning since I couldn't seem to find any forum posts within Roxio & or VLC forums or even on Google saying that there were issues with VLC and Roxio. Now had I done my home work before purchasing the product I would have known that there were issues with various media players & the dazzle product. The problem is that you can't watch the video in full screen mode on either of the accompanying software programs. If I want to hear what's playing in my VCR player I have launch either one of the accompanying software programs that came with my Dazzle capture device. So when I hit the play button I see the tape playing in my VCR player but I can't hear anything. Which means that VLC does not see my dazzle audio driver/device. So I would select Dazzle as my video device but when I go to slect my audio device Dazzle would not be there. However when you launch VLC Media Player and go to Media -> Open Capture Device it'll ask you to select your audio device & video device. Using the Pinnacle Dazzle DVD Recorder you can hear & see what it is that you want to capture. Let me try and go a little bit more indepth and see if I can explain a little better.
